Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights
Exercise of Options
Director/PDMR Shareholding
 
Everyman announces that it has, conditional on admission, allotted and issued 175,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to an exercise of 40,000 options by a PDMR, being Hossein Ghonouie (Head of Marketing), and other individuals. Following the above exercise, Mr Ghonouie agreed to sell 40,000 Ordinary Shares for a price of 184 pence per Ordinary Share on 4 December 2019.
 
The Company has made an application for the 175,000 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). Admission is expected to become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 10 December 2019. Following Admission, the Company will have 73,517,969 Ordinary Shares in issue, each with voting rights, which figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
