Everyman Media Group PLC (AIM: EMAN), the independent, premium cinema
group, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of shareholders will
be held at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday 15th June 2023 at Everyman Cinema, 5 Holly
Bush Vale, Hampstead London NW3 6TX.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the financial period ended 29 December
2022, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy will be posted today,
4 May 2023, to those shareholders who have elected not to receive electronic
