Board Update and Notice of Results

 

Everyman Media Group plc (AIM: EMAN), the independent, premium cinema group,
announces that Farah Golant CBE has agreed to become Chief Executive Officer
with immediate effect, having originally assumed the role on an interim basis
on 1 January 2026.

 

The Group also announces that it intends to publish its preliminary results
for the 52-week period ended 1 January 2026 ("FY25") on 28 April 2026.
