much as 13.7% to A$0.290, their highest since March 20
    ** Mineral explorer says framework and shareholders
agreements for Chilalo Graphite Project in Tanzania signed with
the Tanzanian govt
    ** Adds agreements relate to arrangements for the ownership,
development and management of Chilalo project
    ** Stock posts its biggest intraday pct gain since March 20
    ** More than 807,000 shares change hands, vs the 30-day
average volume of 233,000 shares
    ** Stock up 13.3% this year, as of last close
