April 30 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on

    ATOS  ATOS.PA /THALES  TCFP.PA :
    Thales  TCFP.PA  opened the door on Tuesday to buying a
limited part of the strategic assets of troubled French IT group
Atos  ATOS.PA  after the French government floated a rescue
package.
    
    EXCLUSIVE NETWORKS  EXN.PA  
    The company registered 1.26 billion euros in gross sales
during the first quarter and maintained its outlook for 2024.
    
    SOCIÉTÉ FONCIÈRE LYONNAISE  FLYP.PA :
    The group reported a 17.6% year-on-year increase of its
rental income in the first quarter, at 63.9 million euros.
    
    VICAT  VCTP.PA  
    The company posted 911 million euros in first quarter sales,
up 1.2% compared to a year prior. 
    
    VOLTALIA  VLTSA.PA :
    The holding company won a 266-Megawatt maintenance contract
in Brazil. 
    
    WAVESTONE  WAVE.PA   
    The group reported a 59% increase in consolidated sales, at
248.8 million euros, in the fourth quarter.
