Dec 17 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on
the region's markets or individual stocks.
    
    Aeroports de Paris  ADP.PA 
    ADP reported November group traffic at 27.5 million
passengers, up 10.1%, and Paris Aéroport's traffic at 7.5
million passengers, up 2.7%.
    
    Vinci  SGEF.PA 
    Vinci reported Autoroutes traffic up 3.8%, airports
passenger traffic up 8.8%, and airports commercial movements up
6.3% in November 2024.
    
    Eutelsat  ETL.PA 
    French satellite company Eutelsat announced it had selected
Airbus to build its OneWeb low earth orbit constellation
extension, totalling 100 satellites and targeted for delivery
from end-2026.
    
    Bureau Veritas  BVI.PA 
    Bureau Veritas announced it will enter the CAC 40 Paris
stock index with a market cap at 13.6 billion euros and a free
float representing 74% of capital, effective from December 20,
2024.
    
    Exclusive Networks  EXN.PA 
    Investors Clayton Dubilier & Rice and Permira announced the
acquisition of a block of 66.7% of the French cybersecurity
firm's share capital, at a price of 18.96 euros per share, with
the tender offer expected to open in february 2025.
