RNS ANNOUNCEMENT - NOTICE OF CLERICAL ERROR IN PROSPECTUS

 

Atlas Funding 2026-1 PLC (the "Issuer") hereby confirms that the prospectus in
respect of Atlas Funding 2026-1 PLC (the "Prospectus"), which was approved by
the Financial Conduct Authority on 21 April 2026, contains the following
clerical errors relating to the accounting reference date of the Issuer and
Atlas Holdings 2026-1 Limited ("Holdings").

 

In the Prospectus, the accounting reference date of the Issuer is incorrectly
stated as 31 March and the first statutory accounts of the Issuer will be
drawn up to 31 March 2027. The correct accounting reference date of the Issuer
should instead be 31 December and the first statutory accounts of the Issuer
will instead be drawn up to 31 December 2026.

 

In the Prospectus, the accounting reference date of Holdings is incorrectly
stated as 31 March and the first statutory accounts of Holdings will be drawn
up to 31 March 2027. The correct accounting reference date of Holdings should
instead be 31 December and the first statutory accounts of Holdings will
instead be drawn up to 31 December 2026.
