 EXXA.NS  fall as much as 3.03% to their lowest level since
April 3 
    ** Co's board declined approval for share split, stock
currently down 2.3% 
    ** EXXA set to lose for the second consecutive session 
    ** Stock down ~8% YTD, after sliding ~3% in 2023
