QATARENERGY - SIGNED A COMMERCIAL DISCOVERY DECLARATION FOR THE GLAUCUS AND PEGASUS FIELDS IN BLOCK 10, OFFSHORE CYPRUS, AS WELL AS A COLLABORATION STATEMENT, TOGETHER WITH THE GOVERNMENT OF CYPRUS AND EXXONMOBIL
