Cairo, 25 January 2022 - Ezz Steel (EGX: ESRS; London Stock Exchange: AEZD)

We refer to the company's disclosure on 9/12/2021 regarding the approval of
the Board of Directors of Al-Ezz Dekheila Steel Company - Alexandria (EZDK), a
subsidiary of Ezz Steel, to purchase 18% of the equity of the Egyptian Steel
Company for Management of Steel Mills Projects (S.A.E.). The company advises
that on 25/1/2022, the transfer of ownership of the shares to EZDK has been
executed in the Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX).
