Cairo, 1 September 2020 - ezzsteel (EGX: ESRS; London Stock Exchange: AEZD), the largest independent producer of steel in the MENA region and market leader in Egypt, informs that its Board of Directors convened on 31st August 2020 and resolved the following: 
1-  Ratifying minutes of the previous board meeting held on 9/8/2020.
2-  Approving a change in the representation of El Ezz Group Holding for Industry and Investment (Ezz Industries) on the Board of Directors where Mr. Paul Phillipe Chekaiban will depart from the Board and Mr. Gamil Fouad Iskandar will join. All necessary actions will be taken to stipulate this change in the Commercial Registry, and to present it to the General Assembly for ratification.
3-  Approving the reformation of the Board of Directors of Ezzsteel and its responsibilities to be as follows:

2-    Mr. Hassan Ahmed Nouh                                                           Managing Director - Executive
