Cairo, 18 October 2021 - Ezz Steel (EGX: ESRS; London Stock Exchange: AEZD), 


In response to inquiries from a number of investors and research departments of investment banks about exports, the company is pleased to announce that it has achieved unprecedented exports which exceeded USD 1 billion in the 9 months to 30 September 2021 according to an audit performed by the Accountability State Authority (ASA) (the government's central authority for accounting and audit). ASA's report concluded that export reached USD 1013 million during the period from 1/1/2021 to 30/9/2021.
Exports for the first half of 2021 were USD 597 million. For 3Q21, exports therefore reached USD 416 million.
