Cairo, 13 February 2025 - Ezz Steel (EGX: ESRS; London Stock Exchange: AEZD),

 

Ezz Steel advises that the majority investor, Mr. Ahmed Abdelaziz Ezz,
transferred today his full ownership in Ezz Steel company, being 333,868,219
ordinary shares (traded on EGX) and 9,039,417 GDRs (traded on LSE), to Ezz
Group Holding Company for Industry and Investment, in which he owns 99.6%. The
objective of the transaction is capital restructuring between related parties.
