Cairo, 10 January 2021 - Ezz Steel (EGX: ESRS; London Stock Exchange: AEZD), today announced the authorized period for purchase of treasury shares.
Further to the approval of Ezz Steel board of directors - which was ratified on 6th January 2021- to buy treasury share, the company will commence its purchase of treasury shares on the Egyptian Stock Exchange by buying up to one million shares during the period from 10th January 2021 until 14th January 2021.
