** Shares of Enegex Ltd  ENX.AX  decline as much as 10% to
A$0.081, their lowest since Nov 12
    ** Oil explorer announces Share Purchase Plan to raise A$2
mln ($1.44 mln) urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nFWN2SE11P
    ** Co to offer shareholders opportunity to apply for a
maximum of A$30,000 worth new shares at an issue price of A$0.08
each - an 11.1% discount from Tuesday's close
    ** Adds that funds to support exploration activities at its
nickel, copper, platinum projects in Western Australia
    ** Stock has risen 69.8% this year as of last close
