    * Says Gold-Finance Korea Ltd becomes top shareholder of the 
company, replacing Savoy E&M Corp, effective Dec. 1 
    * Says Gold-Finance Korea Ltd has acquired 13.6 million 
shares of the company, increasing its stake in the company up to 
27.3 percent from 0 percent 
    * Says Savoy E&M Corp has sold 9.2 million shares of the 
company, decreasing its stake in the company down to 0 percent 
from 18.4 percent
