    * Proposes no 2015 dividend 
    * FY rental income 80.5 million Danish crowns ($12.23 million) versus 72.8 million crowns 
year ago 
    * FY EBIT 47.2 million crowns versus 19.4 million crowns year ago 
    * Expects for 2016 operating profit before value adjustments, interest and tax of about 40
