DIRECTOR DECLARATION

 

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, FDM Group announces that Michelle
Senecal de Fonseca, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has today been
appointed to the board of Redcentric plc as a non-executive director and as
chair of its remuneration committee. Redcentric plc is listed on AIM (being
the market of that name operated and regulated by the London Stock Exchange).
