Soccer-Fenerbahce sign Senegalese forward Amara Diouf on five-year deal GDANSK, June 24 (Reuters) - Turkish club Fenerbahce have signed Senegalese football player Amara Diouf on a five-year deal, the club said on Wednesday.
Diouf, who recently turned 18 and plays for the Senegal national team, was the top goalscorer at the 2023 Under-17 Africa Cup of Nations, netting five times and helping win the title before being selected by manager Aliou Cisse in the national team.
On June 19, Fenerbahce also signed Kosovo international striker Vedat Muriqi from Spanish side Mallorca on a three-year contract, the club said. The 32-year-old forward previously played for Fenerbahce.
