Italian yachtmaker Ferretti weighs offer for rival Italian Sea Group, Bloomberg News reports June 11 (Reuters) - Italy's luxury yachtmaker Ferretti YACHT.MI is considering to buy all or part of troubled rival The Italian Sea Group TISGR.MI, Bloomberg News reported on Thursday citing people familiar with the matter.
