(*) STELLANTIS STLAM.MI

The automaker's CEO Antonio Filosa will outline a new long-term strategy to investors on Thursday with a focus on reviving crucial U.S. sales, tightening the group's sprawling portfolio, and leveraging tie-ups with Chinese firms.

Stellantis said on Tuesday it would start producing a small E-Car electric vehicle for the European market in Italy's Pomigliano d'Arco plant, starting from 2028.

Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni has told Qatar that the two state-controlled energy groups could help repair Qatari LNG infrastructure damaged by the ongoing war in the Middle East, daily MF said on Tuesday

     The Italian energy group is currently assessing the possibility of a third Floating Liquefied Natural Gas (FLNG) facility offshore Mozambique, a company spokesperson said on Tuesday.

Britain is preparing a multibillion-pound injection of cash into the development of the GCAP stealth fighter jet with Japan and Italy, the Financial Times reported on Monday, amid mounting pressure from Tokyo about the absence of long-term funding for the ambitious project.

The Italian power company said on Monday it had agreed to buy seven solar plants in the United States, with an overall installed capacity of approximately 270 megawatts, for roughly $140 million including debt.

The yacht maker's board meets to approve Q1 results.

EUROGROUP LAMINATIONS EGLA.MI

The electric motor component maker reported on Monday a first-quarter loss of 3.1 million euros, worsening from a loss of 2.1 million euros a year earlier, and an 8% fall in consolidated revenues to 203.5 million euros, impacted by the weakness of the North American market. The company confirmed its full-year guidance.
