Update on operations in Ukraine

Ferrexpo plc (LSE: FXPO) advises that, further to the previous announcement on
8 November 2025, there have been further attacks on Ukrainian electricity
generation and transmission infrastructure, and the supply of power to the
Company's operations has once again been affected.

Until the supply of electricity can be assured on a sustainable basis in the
volumes required, it has been decided to temporarily suspend operations and
place a part of the workforce on furlough.

There have been no reports of workforce fatalities or injuries and there has
been no damage to Ferrexpo's operating assets.

An update will be provided as and when appropriate.
