Aim Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) Update

 

 

FIH group plc, the AIM quoted international specialist services group with
businesses in the Falkland Islands and the UK announces that the following
information is being disclosed pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the
Aim Rules for Companies.

Holger Schröder, a non-executive director of FIH, was appointed as a
non-executive director of Fussenegger Wohnbau GmbH ("Fussenegger") on 31 July
2017 and became an executive director of Fussenegger on 23 May 2025.
Fussenegger is an Austrian company and is not connected to FIH group plc.

On 1 April 2026, liquidators were appointed for Fussenegger, following the
initiation of insolvency proceedings by its directors.
