FIH Group plc, the AIM quoted international group which owns essential services businesses focused on retail, transport and logistics announces that, it was informed today, that, as a result of the dividend reinvestment policy within the Company's Share Incentive Plan (the "SIP"), Mr. John Foster, a director of the Company, has acquired 30 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Shares") at a price of 310.0 pence per Share.  As a result Mr. John Foster is beneficially interested in 96,136 Shares, including 1,375 matching Shares, representing 0.77 per cent of the Company's 12,450,418 total voting rights.
 
The Company further announces that it also received notice today that, as a result of the dividend reinvestment policy within the SIP, Carol Bishop, Company Secretary of FIH group plc has acquired 30 Shares at a price of 310.0 pence per Share.
