Director Resignation

 

FIH group plc, the AIM quoted international specialist services group with
businesses in the Falkland Islands and UK, announces that, as detailed in the
Group's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2022, Jeremy
Brade is stepping down from his position as a non-executive director of the
Group as of the date of the AGM which took place earlier today.

 

The Board wishes to thank Jeremy for his valued contribution during his
tenure.
