Director's Details

 

 

The Company notes the announcement that McColl's Retail Group plc ("McColl's
Retail") made earlier today confirming that administrators have been appointed
and McColl's Retail has been placed in to administration with immediate
effect. The listing of McColl's Retail's ordinary shares were suspended on 6
May 2022.

 

Dominic Lavelle, a Non-Executive Director of FIH, is a current Non-Executive
Director of McColl's Retail, having been appointed in May 2020, and
accordingly is required to make this notification pursuant to Rule 17 of the
AIM Rules for Companies.
