Posting of Annual Report & Notice of AGM
FIH group plc, the AIM quoted international group which owns essential services businesses focused on retail, transport and logistics, announces that its report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2020 has today been posted to shareholders of the Company and that copies are available for download from the Company's website at www.fihplc.com.
 
FIH further announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held on 17 September 2020 at 2.00 p.m, and will be hosted online. Shareholders will not be able to attend the meeting in person. For details of how to attend the virtual meeting please see the Notice of meeting, which is also available for download from the Company's website at www.fihplc.com, or contact Carol Bishop, our Company Secretary at carol.bishop@fihplc.com.
