Posting of Annual Report & Notice of AGM

 

FIH group plc, the AIM quoted international specialist services group with
businesses in the Falkland Islands and the UK, announces that its report and
accounts for the year ended 31 March 2022 will today be posted to shareholders
of the Company and that copies will be available for download from the
Company's website at www.fihplc.com (http://www.fihplc.com/) .

FIH further announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company
will be held on 19 September 2022 at the offices of WH Ireland, 24 Martin
Lane, London, EC4R 0DR at 9.00 a.m. The Notice of AGM to accompany the annual
