Result of AGM

 

FIH group plc, the AIM quoted international specialist services group with
businesses in the Falkland Islands and UK, announces that at its Annual
General Meeting held earlier today, resolutions 1 to 7 were passed as ordinary
resolutions and resolution 8 was passed as a special resolution.
