Results of Annual General Meeting

FIH group plc, the AIM quoted international specialist services group with
businesses in the Falkland Islands and UK, announces that the resolutions put
to Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier
today were duly passed.

The votes represented at the Annual General Meeting were as follows:
