Australia's Fin Resources jumps on identifying lithium targets at Canada project

** Shares of Fin Resources Ltd  FIN.AX  rise as much as
21.4% to A$0.017, set for best session since March 22, if gains
hold
    ** Co says outcropping lithium targets have been identified
at the Cancet West lithium project in Quebec, Canada
    ** FIN stakes additional 10 claims for a total of 510
hectares, covering an area of open ground west of Cancet West
lithium project 
    ** Stock hits highest level since April 13
    ** More than 1.7 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average of about 485,000 shares 
    ** Stock down ~26.3% this year, as of last close
