    ** Stock at its highest level since Jan. 19
    ** Mining co says identified uranium potential at Ross
project in Quebec, Canada
    ** Adds identified uranium-thorium-rare earth element
bearing pegmatites at Ross Project
    ** Stock down 31.8% YTD as of last close
