Cancellation of Listing

Further to the announcement of the redemption of its class A ordinary shares
(except where rights for redemption were waived), to take effect today, the
listing of the following securities of Financials Acquisition Corp (the
"Company") on the standard listing segment of the official list shall be
cancelled with effect at 8:00 a.m. today, 18 December 2023:

Concurrently with the cancellation of listing, the admission to trading of the
