** Stock on track for steepest intraday drop since late August 2024

** Ireland-based software firm says FY25 revenue guidance impacted by unfavourable foreign exchange movements

** Adds FY25 guidance at the lower end of €138 million ($165.54 million) to €143 million

** Around 237,000 shares change hands, nearly 1.9x 30-day average

** FCL down 21.7% YTD
