Appointment of New Auditor

 

Fintech Asia, (LON:FINA) a company established to acquire one or more
companies or businesses in the financial technology sector, focused on
improving the delivery and use of financial services in Asia, is pleased to
announce the appointment of PFK Littlejohn LLP ("PKF") as its new auditor with
immediate effect for the financial year ended 31 December 2023.

The re-appointment of PKF as auditor will be subject to approval by the
Company's shareholders at General Meeting of the Company to be convened in due
course.
