to A$0.031, their highest since Sept 6
    ** The Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador approves
Auteco's acquisition of Green Bay copper-gold project in Canada
    ** Co says acquisition remains subject to approval of its
shareholders 
    ** Vote scheduled for Oct 11 
    ** Says co will acquire the asset free of specified excluded
contracts and liabilities, including streams and offtake
agreements 
    ** Closing of the transaction is scheduled for mid-late Oct
2023
    ** Auteco stock down 41.2% this year, as of last close
