Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

First Class Metals Plc (LSE: FCM), the UK metals exploration company seeking
large scale metal discoveries across its extensive Ontario land holding, is
pleased to announce the date of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

Notice is hereby given that the AGM will be held at 12.00 p.m. on 29 June 2023
at the offices of Shakespeare Martineau, 60 Gracechurch Street, London, EC3V
0HR

The Annual Report, Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy are now being posted to
shareholders. A copy of these documents will be available on the Company's
website at www.firstclassmetalsplc.com (http://www.firstclassmetalsplc.com)

You can register your vote(s) for the AGM either:

1.    by logging on to www.shareregistrars.uk.com,
(http://www.shareregistrars.uk.com/)  clicking on the "Proxy Vote" button and
then following the on- screen instructions; or,

2.    by post or by hand to Share Registrars Limited, 3 The Millennium
Centre, Crosby Way, Farnham, Surrey GU9 7XX using the proxy form accompanying
the notice; or,

3.    in the case of CREST members, by utilising the CREST electronic proxy
appointment service.

 

In order for a proxy appointment to be valid the proxy must be received by
Share Registrars Limited by 1pm on 27th June 2023.
