** The graphene products says it signed a collaboration
agreement with Malaysia-based high density poly-ethylene

** Adds agreement will help co focus on development of its
product PureGRAPH-enhanced HDPE sheet and welding wire to
provide increased durability
** Stock down 22% this year, as of last close
