Completion of Nominated Adviser due diligence and AIM Rule 17 Notice

 

First Property Group plc (AIM: FPO), the property fund manager and investor
with operations in the United Kingdom and Central Europe, is pleased to
announce that further to the announcement on 27 April 2022, Allenby Capital
Limited ("Allenby Capital") has completed its nominated adviser due diligence
and will continue as the Company's Nominated Adviser.

 

The Company also announces the following disclosure in accordance with Rule 17
and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, identified as part of
Allenby Capital's due diligence undertaken on the Company. Ben Habib was
formerly a director of First Property General Partner (Nominee) Ltd at the
time the company was placed into liquidation in March 2014. There was no
deficit to creditors.
