Notice of Annual General Meeting and posting of Annual report

 

 

First Property Group plc (AIM: FPO), the award winning property fund manager
and investor, will hold its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") at the Company's
registered office, 32 St James's Street, London, SW1A 1HD at 12 noon on
Tuesday 27 September 2022.

 

The meeting will be hosted via the online platform, Investor Meet Company
("IMC"). Registration is via

. Once registered, invitations to this AGM and to future online meetings held
on the platform will automatically be sent.

 

Shareholders are invited to submit questions in advance of the meeting via the
IMC platform or to investor.relations@fprop.com
(mailto:investor.relations@fprop.com) . In addition, questions can be posted
online during the meeting. However, shareholders will not be able to vote
online during the AGM and are therefore urged to submit their votes via proxy
as early as possible.
