ASX-listed Pan Asia Metals up after mining zones declared at Thai project

** Shares of Pan Asia Metals Ltd  PAM.AX  rise as much as
10.9% to A$0.305, their biggest intraday pct gain since March 17
    ** Thai lithium miner says mining zones being declared
across much of the Reung Kiet Lithium Project in southern
Thailand
    ** Adds, declaration of these mining zones gives co the
legal right to submit mining lease applications and conduct all
activities relevant to establishing mining business on its
tenements which make up the project
    ** Stock has fallen ~33% this year, as of last close
