Brief: Flexopack SA establishes new entity in Cyprus

Oct 23 (Reuters) - FLEXOPACK SA  FLXr.AT : 
     
    * Announced on Wednesday that establishes entity "Flexopack 
International Limited" in Larnaca of Cyprus  
    * Said that Flexopack SA participates 100 pct in the new 
entity  
    * Said that the initial share capital of the new entity is 
200,000 euros 
    * Said that the new entity is part of the holding company's 
strategy to further expand its global network of production and 
distribution and its share in geographic markets with
