Jan 22 (Reuters) - Flexopack SA  FLXR.AT : 
    * Increases share capital by 0.2 million euros in its wholly 
owned subsidiary Flexopack International Ltd in Larnaca, Cyprus 
    * The capital increase is to finance the uk based Flexopack 
Trade and Services Ul Ltd, controlled by the Cypriot subsidiary 
    * The group targets in strengthening presence in the Uk 
region
