UK-Belgium Interconnector activates overnomination at Zeebrugge for Oct. 1

Sept 30 (Reuters) - Fluxys'  FLUX.BR  Interconnector,
which operates a gas pipeline between Britain and Belgium,
activated overnomination at its Zeebrugge Terminal Exit point
for Oct. 1 gas day, the operator said on its website on Friday.
    The overnomination mechanism lets customers buy "unbundled
interruptible capacity" either when all capacity is sold out
through auctions or in case of the PRISMA trading platform being
unavailable for within-day and day-ahead capacities, according
to Fluxys' website.
