Sept 26(Reuters) - Flytech Technology Co Ltd  6206.TW  : 
     
    * Says it will repurchase 5 million shares of its common 
stock (a 3.42 percent stake) during the period from Sept. 27 to 
Nov. 26 for up to T$2.7 billion in total 
    * Says the price range of shares to be repurchased is T$80
