France's Fnac Darty says around 12 stores hit in weekend unrest Oct 21 (Reuters) - Media and consumer electronics retailer Fnac Darty FNAC.PA said on Wednesday that around 12 stores were affected by weekend unrest in France.
Some stores were completely looted in Paris and Marseille, CEO Enrique Martinez said, adding that it would take several days to assess losses.
Meanwhile, the company's third-quarter results were solid and guidance remained unchanged, although French consumer demand was still weaker than in other markets, Martinez said.
