New Zealand's Fonterra hits four-week high on higher profit, forecast hike

** Shares of New Zealand's Fonterra FCG.NZ rise as much as 3% to NZ$4.530, their highest since April 30
** Dairy producer posts nine-month total group operating profit of NZ$1.76 billion ($1.04 billion), compared with NZ$1.66 billion a year earlier
** Cites higher milk production and stronger shipment volumes for the profit rise
** Upgrades FY26 forecast range for underlying earnings to 60-70 NZ cents per share from 50-65 NZ cents per share
** FCG up 13.9% YTD
