Directorate Changes

 

Fortis Frontier PLC (AIM: FORF), an AIM Rule 15 cash shell (formerly
MyHealthChecked PLC), announces the resignation of Non-executive Directors
Neil Mesher, Lyn Rees and Amber Vodegel with effect from 30 November 2025,
following the completion of the disposal of its trading subsidiary Concepta
Diagnostics Limited (as notified on 10 November 2025).

 

Adam Reynolds, Executive Chairman of Fortis Frontier, said:

"I would like to offer my thanks to Neil, Lyn and Amber, for their
contributions over the years, as we built a business with a strong reputation
for delivering high quality products and services to retail partners looking
to develop their position in the wellness testing market. Now that the Company
is an AIM Rule 15 cash shell it is appropriate for us to right-size our Board
as we carefully consider the strategic options open to us in order to maximise
