Australia's Lanthanein soars on drilling permits for rare earths project

** Shares of Lanthanein Resources  LNR.AX  rise as much as
13.3% to A$0.017, their best intraday gain since May 20
    ** Says it got approval from the state's Department for
Energy and Mining for some initial drilling at its Murraydium

    ** Adds that a drill contractor in the state has also been
sourced 
    ** As of last close, the stock has lost a quarter of its
value so far this year
