Poland to sign final EV plant deal with Foxconn after summer, PM Tusk says WARSAW, June 16 (Reuters) - Everything indicates that Poland will finalise talks and sign a final deal with Taiwan's Foxconn to build an electric car factory after the summer, Prime Minister Donald Tusk said on Tuesday.
